Khood Academy ("we", "us") is a fashion-design academy for children and teens based in Amman, Jordan, and part of Khood Fashion Group. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and our registration and contact forms.

When you register a child for a workshop, we collect the child's name, date of birth, and city, and the parent or guardian's name, email, and phone number, along with the selected workshop and any consent you provide.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address, and if you use the contact form we collect your name, email, and message. We may also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.

We use the information to process registrations, contact you about a workshop your child is enrolled in, respond to your enquiries, send updates you asked to receive, and improve our programs and website.

Our workshops are for children and teens, but information about a child is only ever provided to us by a parent or guardian during registration. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information without a guardian's consent, please contact us and we will remove it.

With your consent, we may photograph or film workshop activities to create a class lookbook and to showcase our work. You can decline or withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and email delivery), and within Khood Fashion Group where necessary, or where required by law.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we take reasonable measures to protect it against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
